Refund Eligibility

When Refunds May Be Provided

Full or partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Work was not performed as agreed upon in the service contract
  • Services were cancelled before work commenced (subject to cancellation terms)
  • We were unable to complete the work due to our error or inability
  • Parts or materials were defective and cannot be replaced under warranty
  • Service quality falls significantly below professional standards despite corrective efforts

Refund Limitations

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Parts and materials are generally non-returnable once installed
  • Unused parts may be returned within 30 days if still in original packaging
