All services are provided subject to these Terms and any additional service agreements.
Service Appointments and Scheduling
Scheduling
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to the nature of plumbing work
- Emergency services are available 24/7 but may incur additional charges
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 4 hours notice for appointment cancellations
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances
Pricing and Payment
Service Pricing
- All pricing is subject to on-site evaluation and written estimate
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Emergency service calls may incur additional charges
- Parts and materials are charged separately unless specified in estimate
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For commercial accounts, net 30-day payment terms may be available with approved credit
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
Service Warranties and Guarantees
Labor Warranty
- We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service
- Warranty covers defects in our installation or repair work
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage by others
Parts and Materials
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures we install
- We will assist with warranty claims for defective parts
- Customer is responsible for manufacturer warranty terms and conditions
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Clear work areas of personal belongings and valuable items
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
- Ensure pets are secured during service visits
- Provide accurate information about plumbing systems and problems
- Pay for services according to agreed terms
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Damage to landscaping, personal property, or structures not directly related to our work
- Pre-existing conditions or hidden problems discovered during service
- Delays or inability to complete work due to circumstances beyond our control
Emergency Services
Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7. Emergency service conditions include:
- Higher rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls
- Minimum service call charges apply
- We prioritize emergency calls based on severity and safety concerns
- Customer must authorize any work over the service call minimum
Property Access and Safety
By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to:
- Enter your property to perform agreed-upon services
- Move personal property as necessary to complete work
- Shut off utilities as required for safety and service completion
We will take reasonable care of your property but are not responsible for damage to items not moved by the customer as requested.
Permits and Code Compliance
- Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless specifically agreed otherwise
- All work will be performed to current local building codes
- Additional costs may apply if code upgrades are required
Website Use
Use of our website is subject to the following conditions:
- Information on our website is for general purposes only
- We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of website content
- You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose
